Profile: Mr Irshad has gained extensive experience in his field of excellence expanding over 30 years in Surgical and allied Specialities. He resides in full-time Private practice and is Co-Director of his own Hospital, since leaving his work within the NHS his main areas of excellence are in Cosmetic Surgical procedures which are: Facelifts Breast Augmentation Breast Reduction Body Sculpturing (Liposculpture and Vaser Lipo) Abdominoplasty Non Surgical Treatments Brazilian Butt Lifts Rhinoplasty He also has extensive knowledge and experience in Vascular and Endovascular Treatments and Operations along with having written publications, chapters in which he has presented at National and International Meetings and Conferences. Whilst he trained in Pakistan in 1987 before gaining his fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 1994, he then also held Senior Registrar posts in Wishaw General Hospital in 1996 to 2004 as well as a post in Law Hospital Carluke from 1994 to 1996. Prior to this he held a post in General Surgery and Accident and Emergency in Pakistan from 1988 to 1991.
Mr Irshad maintains his Surgical Academia in having published over 40 articles also with extensive presentations and providing expert Clinic tutoring on the House of Surgeons in Ward rounds. He has also done bedside teaching of Dundee and Glasgow University Medical Students and Pre-fellowship Post Graduate overseas Students.
